These ALL level workouts are intended for anyone who can take responsibility for themselves experiencing discomfort or pain. Individual exercises range from LEAST to MOST effort. It is up to the student to take responsibility for their own bodies and safety: to refrain from any effort that causes them pain or even discomfort. If you find an exercise too difficult for you at this time, repeat the previous exercise instead.
